1. Scope
These terms govern your use of neptuneplay.net (the "site"). Using the site means you accept them; if you do not, please stop using it. We may revise them, and the review date above marks the current version.
2. Who we are, and who we are not
neptuneplay.net is an independent publisher of information, funded by affiliate commission. It is not Neptune Play, it has no connection with AG Communications Limited, and it is not BetNeptune or run for ProgressPlay Limited. We offer no gambling, accept no bets or deposits, and hold no accounts or funds. What you do at an operator is governed by that operator's terms; BetNeptune's are at www.betneptune.com.
3. Age and location
The site is meant for adults aged 18 or over in Great Britain, where under-18s may not gamble. Whether online gambling is lawful where you are, and whether an operator will accept you, are your responsibility to check.
4. Information, not advice
Content here is general information. Offers, register entries and products can change without warning. Confirm terms with the operator before depositing. Opinions are ours and are labelled.

7. Intellectual property
The text, layout and our own graphics belong to us. Reading, linking and quoting brief extracts with credit are all fine; copying pages in bulk or presenting our work as your own is not. The BetNeptune name and wordmark belong to their owner and appear only to identify the brand we cover. Neptune Play is another business's name, used only to describe what readers search for. Neither use implies endorsement.
8. Other websites
We link to operators, to the Gambling Commission and to independent services such as GamCare, GAMSTOP and BeGambleAware. Those sites are outside our control, and their content, uptime and policies are their own affair.
9. Liability
We provide the site "as is". To the extent the law permits, we give no warranties, and we are not liable for any loss that results from using the site or relying on what it says, gambling losses included. That does not cut back any liability the law will not let us limit, for example for fraud, or where negligence causes death or injury.
10. Acceptable use

These terms are subject to the law of England and Wales, and any dispute about them belongs exclusively before the English and Welsh courts.
