Neptune Play sign up: what we cannot do, and how the BetNeptune route works

We cannot create a Neptune Play account for anyone. If what you want is a UK-licensed place to play, here is exactly what joining BetNeptune involves, as its site showed it on 26 September 2026.

neptuneplay.net is an independent guide. It is not Neptune Play, it is not run by the operator of neptuneplay.com, and it is not BetNeptune. The only brand we send readers to is BetNeptune, a separate UK-licensed site, and we may earn a commission when you join it.

Registering with Neptune Play

Only AG Communications Limited can register customers for Neptune Play. We are a publisher with no sign-up form, no partnership with that company and no insight into whether it is taking new customers. The one thing we can offer is the public record:

Register status · 26 September 2026

neptuneplay.com: listed as "Inactive"

The Gambling Commission register listed neptuneplay.com on 26 September 2026 as "Inactive". The domain is held by AG Communications Limited, account 39483. The tag is the register's word, not ours; it can change, and only that operator can say what it means for an account.

Joining BetNeptune means a new, separate account

BetNeptune is run by ProgressPlay Limited, a different company with its own Gambling Commission licence. Registering there is a fresh start. Nothing you had elsewhere moves across, and nothing about a BetNeptune account reaches Neptune Play. We spell this out because a similar-sounding name can make it look like a rebrand. The register shows no such link.

Opening a BetNeptune account

  1. Step 1: Start on www.betneptune.com

Use our button or type the address. The green light to go ahead is seeing that domain in your address bar.

  2. Step 2: Press "Join now"

Registration opens in a window on top of the page, next to the Login button. There is no separate registration page.

  3. Step 3: Fill in your own details

Give accurate personal details and confirm you are over 18. The operator checks identity, and a mismatch holds up withdrawals later.

  4. Step 4: Set a limit before your first deposit

Deposit, loss and wager limits live in the responsible gaming area of the account. A lower limit starts at once; a higher one waits seven days.

Identity checks to expect

ProgressPlay Limited's terms ask for valid photo ID before it processes a first withdrawal. Expect more checks if you change key account details, if you ask for a payout to a method you have not used before, or once your deposits and withdrawals across its network add up to €2,000. Proof of address and proof that a card or wallet is yours may also be requested. Uploading documents on day one means a later withdrawal is not stuck waiting on paperwork.

One account per person

The terms allow a single account per person and say additional accounts opened by you, your immediate family or anyone in your household may be blocked or closed. If someone at your address already plays at BetNeptune or a sister site, read that section before registering.

Your first deposit and the welcome offers

There are two welcome offers, one for sport and one for the casino, each with its own rules. Both are on hold here while the operator's terms disagree: see operator terms. The casino package and its spins are covered on our free spins page. The operator also caps welcome offers at one sport brand and five casino brands across its network, so a bonus already claimed at a sister site can rule you out.

Age, location and blocks

Under-18s cannot hold an account: the terms say such accounts are closed with winnings voided. A "region not accepted" message from BetNeptune usually means a VPN or a connection from outside Great Britain. And if you registered with GAMSTOP, an active exclusion should stop the sign-up, which is what it is for. Our safer gambling page explains the options.

Sign-up questions

Can I sign up for Neptune Play here?
No. neptuneplay.net cannot open accounts with any operator, and we have no relationship with AG Communications Limited. Registration for Neptune Play would be a matter for that company, and on 26 September 2026 the register listed neptuneplay.com as "Inactive".
Does signing up at BetNeptune give me a Neptune Play account?
No. A BetNeptune registration creates a BetNeptune account with ProgressPlay Limited and nothing else. It carries no Neptune Play balance, bonus or history, and Neptune Play logins do not work on it.
What do I need to register with BetNeptune?
To be 18 or older, to be somewhere the operator accepts customers, and to give true personal details. Its terms allow one account per person and warn that extra accounts in the same household may be closed. Expect to show photo ID before your first withdrawal.
Which payment method should I pick when I join?
One you are happy to withdraw to, because withdrawals return to the method you paid in with. Skrill and Neteller deposits are excluded from BetNeptune's welcome offers, and the operator lists both as unavailable to UK customers. The full list is on our payments page.
I am on GAMSTOP. Will BetNeptune let me register?
GAMSTOP says every online gambling company licensed in Great Britain must check its records when you sign up or log in, so an active exclusion should stop you. That is the tool working as designed. If you are struggling, ring 0808 8020 133; the National Gambling Helpline is free and confidential.
