Finding your way round
The sportsbook lives inside BetNeptune's site under "Sport" and "Live" tabs, with a menu down the left showing each sport and its live event count. That menu held 52 entries on our visit. Football led with over 1,300 events; at the other end sat armwrestling, sumo and chess, with politics and awards specials alongside. Counts shift constantly, so read them as a snapshot.
Prices are decimal. You can search competitions and teams, save favourites in "My teams", and jump to upcoming games, popular fixtures and competitions, boosted prices or the "Multiple of the day". A time filter trims the list to the next 3, 6, 12, 24, 48 or 72 hours.

Football
Football has by far the most depth. One international fixture carried several hundred extra markets. The tabs ran from match, handicaps and totals through halves, minutes and combos to players, cards and corners, and on to shots on target, fouls, offsides, throw-ins and even woodwork. The basics are all there: result, double chance, draw no bet, goal lines from 0.5 upward, team totals and both teams to score. A "Match Result (Early Payout)" market also appears; under the rules it settles as a win if your side goes two goals up at any stage.
Racing
Horse racing and greyhounds share the Racing tab, with UK and Irish meetings. You can view today's cards, tomorrow's or later ones, and look up results. Each card shows the course and distance, the off time, the each-way terms, and for every runner its number, jockey, trainer and decimal price. The rules include each-way terms and a Rule 4 deduction table. Racing punters should also keep an eye on the promotions page, which has carried racing offers.
Betting in play
Live games list score, period and clock. A match page adds a tracker with an animated pitch and stats icons, and a toggle on the sports menu flips between live and upcoming events. The logged-out view has no live streaming, so do not count on watching on the same screen.
Betting tools
Bet builder
Football rows show a bet builder icon, and the slip prompts you to add more picks from the same game. Each sport has its own bet builder rules; read them, because voids and settlement work differently from an accumulator.
Cash out
Full and partial cash out appear in the rules for selected markets before and during play. Two rules matter: a free bet cannot be cashed out, and a cashed-out bet never counts towards an offer's turnover.
Multiples and boosts
You can combine picks from separate events into an accumulator, and a featured multiple is offered daily. The promotions page lists an automatic boost on multiples of three or more legs at a minimum price per leg, and a promotion for bet builders; both come with their own conditions.
Results and one-tap bets
Settled events can be filtered by sport, competition and date. A "Quick Bet" switch places one-tap singles once you are signed in; we would keep it off until you know the site.
The sports welcome offer
The welcome offer for new sports customers is on hold here: the operator's published terms currently disagree on wagering and on how long a bonus lasts. See operator terms; the bonus page explains more. 18+, new customers only, T&Cs apply, BeGambleAware.org.
Betting rules
BetNeptune's rules are long and detailed: general rules, cash out, settlement for dozens of sports, racing, esports, each-way and bet builder sections. All times are UK time. Two general points: clear pricing errors void bets, and an accumulator with a void leg is settled on the rest. Find them under "Betting Rules" in the footer of www.betneptune.com.
Our view
Plenty of people meet BetNeptune as a casino, but the sportsbook is the more complete half. Football depth, full UK and Irish racing and solid in-play tools put it in line with a mid-sized UK bookmaker. Missing, as far as a logged-out visitor can tell: streaming and a statistics hub. One mobile market label showed a code instead of a name, a small reminder that this is a shared platform. Our review weighs it against the rest, and the payments page covers getting winnings out.
