Neptune Play free spins and BetNeptune offer terms

Neptune Play spins: what we know

Ask AG Communications Limited whether any spins apply to your account. Old screenshots and forum posts are not current offer terms. The UK register lists the following domain status:

So nothing below should be read as a Neptune Play offer. Signing up at BetNeptune does not unlock anything at Neptune Play, and the reverse is true as well.

BetNeptune's casino package: on hold

BetNeptune shows a casino welcome package on the promotions page's Casino tab, separate from the sports offer on our bonus page. We show no spin count, bonus amount or wagering figure for it right now: the operator's published terms currently disagree on wagering and on how long a bonus lasts. See operator terms before you deposit.

Which games clear the wagering

Under the bonus terms, slot stakes count in full towards wagering, while blackjack, roulette, baccarat and similar table games count 10% and video poker 5%. Some titles are excluded altogether; the operator keeps that list on its site. Real money is used before bonus money, and only bonus stakes reduce the requirement. In short: if you take the package, work it through on slots or not at all.

Is it worth taking? (our opinion)

We cannot judge the package until the operator's terms agree with each other. Until then, treat any spins as a way to sample the lobby, and read the full terms before you make a deposit you had not planned.

Where to use them

The lobby behind any spins is large: our casino lobby tour sets out the categories and studios. If you prefer dealers to reels, the live casino page explains why table play barely counts towards a bonus.

A word on old spins offers

Landing pages on BetNeptune's promotions subdomain still advertise spins packages whose terms expired at the end of 2022. They are not on the live promotions page and cannot be claimed. The same caution applies to any Neptune Play spins deal you find in an old email or article.
