We cannot see, change or unlock either, or chase a payment. The
login page explains where to go.

webmaster@neptuneplay.net is the only address neptuneplay.net uses. A clear subject line
helps us route your message.
Press, partnerships and links
Journalists, site owners with a link or partnership idea, and writers with an article pitch are welcome to email. A
link to your own site helps. We answer genuine proposals, not bulk link-swap templates. Nothing aimed at under-18s,
nothing that breaks UK gambling advertising rules and nothing we cannot check will be published.
Something out of date?
Offers, payment options and register entries change, sometimes overnight. If a page no longer matches what the
operator or the register shows, send us the page address and what you saw. We prefer fixing a page quickly to
leaving it wrong.
Personal data requests
Access, correction and deletion requests under UK GDPR go to the same address. The
privacy page explains how little data we handle.
If gambling is the problem
We are not a support service, but free help is there day and night. Ring
0808 8020 133 for the National Gambling Helpline. Our safer gambling page

Do you publish guest posts or sponsored links?

We read every proposal sent to webmaster@neptuneplay.net. We only run material that fits the site, follows UK gambling advertising standards, and anything paid would be labelled as sponsored before it went live.
Why is there no contact form?

A static site cannot deliver form messages reliably, and a form here could be mistaken for a login. Email is simpler and it arrives.
